Sweet Dessert Fondue

Ingredients

  • 200 g Ski Queen, shredded
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • 3 cups orange juice

Mix the cheese and cornstarch together with a fork. In a small pan, warm the juice over medium heat, add the cheese mixture and stir till melted. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until the sauce is thick and smooth.

Serve garnished with chopped fresh mint.

This is an amazing dip for fresh fruit and berries.

TIP:

You can substitute apple juice for the orange juice, or adjust the taste to suit the meal or the season by adding spices like cinnamon, cardamom, ginger or star anise.
