Ingredients
Cut the bacon slices in half and wrap around the Jarlsberg cubes. Alternate 3 Jarlsberg/bacon cubes and 3 pearl onions on each of the 12 skewers. Barbecue or grill in the oven for 2 – 3 minutes on each side. Relish
Chop all the ingredients and mix with the olive oil, lemon juice and zest. Season to taste with salt and pepper. |
