Jarlsberg Vegetable Symphony

Ingredients
- 200 g pasta (penne, fusilli, or rotini)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 carrots, julienned
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1 broccoli, broken into florets
- 100 g sliced mushrooms
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1 small zucchini, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Salt & pepper
- 100 g Jarlsberg Light, grated
Cook the pasta according to package directions. Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the onion and carrot for 1-2 min. Add the rest of the vegetables and sauté for 5 min. Add the soy sauce, and salt and pepper to taste.
Add vegetables to pasta and serve topped with grated Jarlsberg Light.
