Pasta with Snøfrisk pesto

Ingredients 

  • 200 g tagliatelle (or linguine, fettuccine, etc.)

Pesto:

  • Large bunch fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 tub Snøfrisk fresh spreadable cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 30 g pine nuts
  • 4 tbsp olive oil

Cook the pasta according to package directions.

Blend all the ingredients for the pesto, except for the olive oil, in a food processor or mixer. Drizzle in the oil very gradually while the machine is running. If necessary, add more oil to adjust thickness.

Drain the pasta. Serve piping hot with the pesto on top and fresh bread as an accompaniment.
