VinaigretteWhisk together:
Slice Jarlsberg and ham into matchsticks; cut tomatoes and eggs into wedges. Toast bread and cut into small cubes. Tear lettuces into bite-size pieces. In a large salad bowl, gently toss greens, Jarlsberg, ham, tomatoes, eggs and croutons. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with vinaigrette and gently toss again to combine. |
