Croque-monsieur Jarlsberg

Ingredients

• 8 slices sandwich bread
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 4 slices ham
• 4 slices Jarlsberg

Butter the bread slices on both sides. Make sandwiches with Dijon mustard, a slice of ham and a slice of Jarlsberg. Fry over medium heat, turning once, until sandwiches are golden brown and Jarlsberg is melted. Enjoy!
