Cheese tapas


Ingredients

  • 200 g Jarlsberg®, cubed
  • 100 g Parma ham
  • 100 g Italian salami
  • 12 black olives
  • 12 green olives
  • 12 sundried tomatoes
  • Fresh basil
  • Mini-skewers


Preparation

Alternative 1

Top a Jarlsberg® cube with sliced salami and an olive. Secure with a skewer.

Alternative 2

Top a Jarlsberg® cube with a slice of sundried tomato,wrap in Parma ham and secure with a skewer.

Arrange assorted tapas on a serving platter. Perfect with cocktails!
