Croque-monsieur Jarlsberg®
Ingredients
- 8 slices sandwich bread
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 4 slices ham
- 4 slices Jarlsberg®
Preparation
Butter the bread slices on both sides. Make sandwiches with Dijon mustard, a slice of ham and a slice of Jarlsberg®. Fry over medium heat, turning once, until sandwiches are golden brown and Jarlsberg® is melted. Enjoy!
