Dessert Sauce


  • 150 g Ski Queen, shredded
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • Peel of one orange, grated
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • Lemon balm, finely choppe


Heat the cream and add the shredded Ski Queen, stirring until the cheese has melted. Add orange peel and orange juice to taste. Serve topped with lemon balm.

This sauce is perfect as a dip for sliced fruit or berries. It can also be served warm on vanilla ice cream.
