  • 50 g yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 650 ml plain flour + 50 ml strong flour for baking out
Topping
  • 1 can (approx. 400 ml) tomato sauce
  • 5 slices of cooked ham
  • 6 fresh mushrooms
  • 125 g shredded Jarlsberg® Original
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 150 g fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
