Jarlsberg® Turkey Wraps

Output: 4 servings


Filling

  • 300 g cooked turkey, chopped
  • 300 g celery, chopped
  • Finely chopped parsley
  • 1 small can mandarin orange sections, drained
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 40 g walnut pieces
  • 100 g grated Jarlsberg®
  • 4 medium tortillas

Dipping Sauce

  • 1 cup plain or lemon yogurt
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • Pepper


Preparation

Fresh herbs for garnish

In a large bowl, mix together the turkey, celery, parsley, mandarin orange, apple, lemon juice and walnuts. Fill each tortilla, adding grated Jarlsberg® before wrapping. For the dipping sauce, combine the yogurt, sour cream, lemon juice and pepper and serve on the side. Garnish with fresh herbs.
